Welcome to Ty'r Delyn - Harp House

 We are located in the heart of the peaceful village of Llanfairfechan; with the beach, shops, pubs and cafes all within walking distance.

With its head in the hills and it’s toes in the sea, Llanfairfechan boasts easy access to Snowdonia by car or on foot from the front door (for the avid walker) offering breathtaking views over the stunning Welsh coastline. 

 We have spent the past two years renovating the house to a very high standard throughout and have added a forth bedroom in the loft conversion.

There are 2 king size bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and a twin room. With a full bathroom (including roll top bath) on the first floor and toilet and shower rooms on the ground floor and loft floor.

We have recently added a raised sun canopy to the south facing rear of the house, it’s a real sun trap.
